Franklyn's a born and bred New Yorker, which means he's got more attitude than a hot dog vendor in Times Square. But that's what makes him so lovable - his crazy sense of humor and down-to-earth approach to life. You won't find anyone more dedicated to making sure the people he works with, gets his full attention.
As a co-host, he'll make you feel right at home - and he'll probably make you laugh so hard you'll forget you're in the middle of a major life decision.

Meet Gigi Luu - the real estate broker extraordinaire who's taking the DMV area by storm! As the owner of Nhabit Real Estate Co., Gigi has built a reputation for herself as a top-notch broker who knows the ins and outs of the industry.

In fact, Gigi's talents have earned her quite a few accolades - including being named a 2018 honoree of Realtor Magazine's 30 Under 30!

When she's not busy helping her clients find their dream homes, Gigi loves to travel and explore new places. And when it comes to food, this girl knows what she likes - namely, fries and sushi (preferably together). We don't know how she does it, but somehow Gigi makes that combo work!

Of course, Gigi's most important job is being a mom to her crazy toddler. When it's time to wind down and relax, Gigi and her loving husband call Locust Grove, VA home. There, they enjoy the peaceful serenity of their little slice of paradise at Lake of the Woods.

Tracey Williams Barnett—a second-generation Realtor and entrepreneur, is founder of District City Living. She is a licensed Associate Broker in Washington, DC, and also holds licenses in Maryland and Virginia.

Born and raised in New York, she studied advertising at Howard University and received an MBA in marketing from The George Washington University.

Tracey is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She is a member of Top Agent Network (TAN), a network for the Greater Capital Area's top 10% agents, and is a 2023, 2022, and 2021 GCAAR Recognition Award Winner for Top Producers in Washington, DC. Tracey serves on the Public Policy Committees for the DC Association of Realtors, and co-hosts The Reluctant Hams, a wit-infused Real Estate podcast. A proclaimed foodie, Tracey loves to travel and lives in Adams Morgan with her hubby.
